What is New in Microsoft Office 2007?
Several new tools and options have been added in to Microsoft Office 2007 by its introducer i.e. Microsoft. Official name of this pack is known as “2007 Microsoft Office System”. It runs and operated under the Windows environment only. Previous name of this version has been told as Office 12 and it was the initial name which was actually given to it during its beta phase.
It was 30th of November 2006 when this pack of software i.e. Microsoft Office 2007 was made available to the customers that fall under the category of volume licensed customers across the globe and first license of this software pack was sold on the same date. Retail released of this software pack was made on 30th of January 2007.
Following tools were not added to any of the previous version released by Microsoft but only they are found in the Microsoft Office 2007 edition. These tools are considered most powerful tools of the Microsoft markets all over the world.

“Fluent User Interface” is the name of new interface that has been introduced in this version of Microsoft Office and it can be seen in the core applications of this software pack. File menu has been replaced with a new button which can be seen on the top-left of any core application of this software pack. When you select a certain object, “Contextual Tabs” closely related to that object will appear automatically.
“Live Preview” is another cool feature of Microsoft Office 2007. A tool bar which is named as “Mini Toolbar” is seen when any text is selected by the user. “Quick Access” toolbar is also included in the list of new features of this software pack which can be seen in title bar.
